(P\u00b3V)<\/p><p><strong>Lieu :<\/strong> 2224 Innes Rd, Gloucester, ON K1B 4C4<\/p><p><strong>Introduction<\/strong><\/p><p>Dans le cadre de sa mission de sensibilisation et de soutien aux familles, Espace Dialogue Familial a organis\u00e9, via son projet Parlons Peu, Parlons Vrai ! (P\u00b3V), un forum de discussion essentiel et d\u00e9licat portant sur les impacts du divorce sur les enfants et les parents. Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement a permis un \u00e9change riche et une r\u00e9flexion approfondie gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la participation de trois pan\u00e9listes experts dans des domaines compl\u00e9mentaires li\u00e9s au bien-\u00eatre familial, \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 mentale et aux droits humains.<\/p><p><strong>Nos Experts Pan\u00e9listes<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Pamela Mubeza : Militante des droits humains et experte en gestion des conflits communautaires.<\/li><li>David Ongala : Travailleur social certifi\u00e9, sp\u00e9cialiste de l\u2019intervention aupr\u00e8s des familles en crise.<\/li><li>Nancy Kayal : Psychologue clinicienne et psychoth\u00e9rapeute, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e en th\u00e9rapie familiale et enfance.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Objectifs du Forum<\/strong><\/p><p>Ce forum visait \u00e0 :<\/p><ol><li><strong>\u00c9clairer<\/strong> les r\u00e9percussions psychologiques, sociales et juridiques du divorce sur les enfants et les parents.<\/li><li><strong>Outiller<\/strong> les familles avec des approches concr\u00e8tes et bienveillantes pour naviguer cette transition.<\/li><li><strong>Favoriser<\/strong> un dialogue ouvert autour de la coparentalit\u00e9 et de la pr\u00e9vention des conflits.<\/li><li><strong>Cr\u00e9er<\/strong> un espace d\u2019\u00e9coute et de partage pour encourager la r\u00e9silience familiale.<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>Points Saillants des Discussions<\/strong><\/p><ol><li><strong>Les droits des enfants face au divorce \u2014 Pamela Mubeza<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Pamela Mubeza a rappel\u00e9 avec force que les enfants ont droit \u00e0 la stabilit\u00e9, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute, et \u00e0 la pr\u00e9servation de leur lien avec les deux parents. Elle a mis en garde contre certaines d\u00e9rives fr\u00e9quentes, telles que l\u2019instrumentalisation des enfants ou la rupture du lien parental, appelant \u00e0 une approche centr\u00e9e sur l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat sup\u00e9rieur de l\u2019enfant.<\/p><ol><li><strong>L\u2019accompagnement social des familles \u2014 David Ongala<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>David Ongala a mis en lumi\u00e8re les d\u00e9fis psychosociaux auxquels font face les familles : isolement, pr\u00e9carit\u00e9, conflits autour de la garde. Il a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les ressources disponibles dans la r\u00e9gion, notamment en m\u00e9diation familiale, soutien parental et accompagnement psychosocial.<\/p><ol><li><strong>Les effets psychologiques du divorce \u2014 Nancy Kayal<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Lors de sa pr\u00e9sentation, Nancy Kayal a explor\u00e9 en profondeur les impacts \u00e9motionnels du divorce, tant chez les enfants, se manifestant par de l&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, un sentiment de culpabilit\u00e9 et des troubles du comportement, que chez les parents, qui peuvent \u00e9prouver du stress, un burn-out et une d\u00e9pression. Elle a soulign\u00e9 l\u2019importance cruciale d\u2019un soutien th\u00e9rapeutique pr\u00e9coce et d\u2019un environnement stable et pr\u00e9visible pour le bien-\u00eatre des enfants.<\/p><ol><li><strong>\u00c9changes interactifs avec le public<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Le public a pu poser des questions concr\u00e8tes sur la gestion de la garde, la communication post-divorce, la recomposition familiale, ou encore le r\u00f4le d\u2019un nouveau partenaire. Les pan\u00e9listes ont offert des r\u00e9ponses pratiques, nuanc\u00e9es et empreintes d\u2019humanit\u00e9.<\/p><p><strong>Synth\u00e8se et Enseignements Cl\u00e9s<\/strong><\/p><p>Ce forum a permis de rappeler que le divorce n\u2019est pas une fin en soi, mais une \u00e9tape de vie qui, si elle est bien accompagn\u00e9e, peut mener \u00e0 un nouvel \u00e9quilibre.
